The School, established in September 1979 with Professor Tao Dayong as its inaugural Chair, has grown over three decades into a prestigious institution recognized for its well-structured academic framework, strong research capabilities, and exceptional teaching. The faculty comprises 88 full-time members, including 35 professors, 34 associate professors, and 19 assistant professors, with 40% holding PhDs from top international universities. Additionally, the School recruits distinguished professors and entrepreneurs from both domestic and global backgrounds as adjunct faculty.

Currently, our School offers 6 academic departments, 6 undergraduate programs, 13 master's programs, 2 specialized master's authorization centers, 8 doctoral degree authorization centers, 1 post-doctoral position, 2 national key disciplines, and more than 10 research institutes. The School serves a diverse student body of over 2,290 individuals, including 711 undergraduates, 313 research-oriented master's and PhD students, 342 professional master's students, 800 MBA students, and 124 international students.
